SGlamour is a personal project that reflects my creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, with the goal of creating and running an independent business. Developed from home, I managed the entire product lifecycle, including concept development, design, pattern making, manufacturing, and marketing.
It focuses on functional accessories, such as wallets, purses, eyeglass cases, phone cases, and makeup bags, designed with an emphasis on practicality, quality, and the careful selection of materials. Working in a practical, small-scale production model encouraged me to adopt a more conscious approach to resource use, waste reduction, and process efficiency.
This project strengthened my understanding of product development and business management, including costs, pricing, time management, and direct customer interaction. Above all, SGlamour reflects my ability to transform creative ideas into well-executed products, balancing design, functionality, and responsible practices.
